The Dallah Collection

This university project is rethinking modern kitchen appliances through a focus on simplicity and sustainability.

The collection includes a kettle, moka pot, and coffee press, removing unnecessary electronics and plastics in favour of repairable, long-lasting design.

Inspired by the traditional Arabic dallah, the pieces use brass and walnut and rely on an induction hob rather than built-in electronics, combining cultural heritage with functional restraint.
